Each Dear Rome piece is carefully crafted in limited quantities. Every item is handled with care, and we hope you love it as much as we loved creating it.
Because of the handmade nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds for change of mind - please choose thoughtfully.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
However, we’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange if your item meets the conditions below.


Conditions

To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Include all tags and packaging

Items that show signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or alteration will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that doesn’t meet these conditions.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email orders@dearrome.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • Your reason (store credit or exchange)

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked postal service.

  • Exchanges or store credits will be issued once the item is received and inspected.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at orders@dearrome.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and a brief description of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement and cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days.


Sale & Custom Items

  • Sale items and discounted pieces are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds unless faulty.

  • Made-to-order or personalised items are also final sale, as they are created specifically for you.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made in limited quantities and cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Returns are accepted for store credit only, unless the item is faulty.
