Shipping Policy

Welcome to Dear Rome. Each piece is made and packed with care from our Sydney studio. Below you’ll find all the details on how we deliver your order, both within Australia and overseas.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate (3–7 business days)

  • Express Shipping: $18 flat rate (1–3 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 AUD

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or public holidays.


International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations via Australia Post International.
Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days

  • Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days

  • USA & Canada: 10–18 business days

  • UK & Europe: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary based on customs processing and local postal services.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our Products are shipped from Australia. 

United States

All orders shipped to the United States include prepaid duties and taxes.

  • No additional fees on delivery
  • No customs invoice later
  • Smooth border clearance

Duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.

Other International Destinations

Other International destinations may be subject to import duties, taxes or custom fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
We cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of Australia Post.
If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact Australia Post directly.

We’ll assist where we can, but Dear Rome is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.


Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the full order will ship once all items are ready.
Estimated dispatch dates are listed on each product page.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping details or cancel an order, please contact us at orders@dearrome.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order.
After this time, your order may already be in processing and unable to be changed.
